The next foal to arrive is not only our very first foal by Plumtree George who we had licensed last year, he is also the first foal for his Mum, Plumtree Tigerella (aka Tigger)! And he has been a long time coming. We sadly lost Tigger's dam Plumtree Tigerlilly the year after Tigger was born, she was one of our favorite mares and one of the first duns to be born at Plumtree. We had sold Tigger to a friend as a foal. Luckily when we lost Tigerlilly our very kind friend offered to sell Tigger back to us. Tigger has ran with a stallion every year since she was 4 years old but we've had no luck getting her in foal. Untill now! At the age of 9 Tigger has given us this gorgeous colt foal! We think his name is quite fitting... Plumtree Triumph!
